Job description To Configure , Develop & Customise core software applications as MES Implimentation Consultant in various Manufacturing plants across the world. High level objective of the project are to standardize APRISO MES functionalities, standardize interfaces with Level-2 Control Systems and Level-4 (SAP) enterprise Systems , incorporate best MES practices, minimize defects and support costs, ease of implementation in new plants and improving the performance and reliability of the process. Work as a Technical & Development Implimentation Consultant for APRISO-MES software implementation , Responsibilities include development of application using FlexNet 9.3/9.4, managing new releases, documentation and training to operators. Other responsibilities include managing simulation environment, configuration of OPC server and Machine Integrator for MES. Performance/load testing which interacts with OPC and PLC via Machine Integrator. Production support activities include troubleshooting and debug of various runtime issues, change management, impact analysis and solution for real time application problems. Bachelor's Degree English: Fluent
