Job description	* Senior SAP Solution Architect - Financials.* Canberra Location.* Permanent Role.* Very Attractive Salary Package.* International Consulting House.* Work with my client's major customers The Role: My client is looking to appoint a Senior SAP Solution Architect - Financials who will be the SAP Solution Lead in Canberra. Job responsibilities will embrace: SAP Integration Strategy, Design, Build and Implementation Solution Lead across SAP vendor engagement, pre-sales, business development, consulting and implementation projects for large complex and SAP landscapes ( + $ 10M Projects) Working and collaborating with other SAP Solution and Functional Leads on bids and projects to ensure fully integrated end to end business process solutions within SAP Solution Design/Blueprint Design processes High quality business and functional specification documentation through Blueprint and Realisation SAP Business Solution realisation/build and deployment Provide input to management in terms of estimates, schedule, progress and issues Where necessary lead client staff in business engagement/workshops Ensure consistency and adherence to solution design standards across financial/wider functional domain of project (Strategy, Design, build and Deploy) Lead/Participate in business solution design, analysis, detailed design, technical architecture and implementation activities as appropriate; Provide deep product and business process knowledge base, with capability to share this with project and business team(s) and mentor junior staff; Be responsible for the successful delivery of the business and technical solution and customer engagement to ensure business alignment Develop own and other team members knowledge of new SAP financials technologies as they emerge. Essential Skills & Experience: Must be Australian Citizen and has been the last 5 years in Australia Strong business process knowledge stretching beyond SAP functionality in the Federal/Defence Industry Experience in the integration aspects of SAP Financials across the wider SAP ERP suite Minimum 10 years of relevant project experience in large SAP Consulting including Implementations/Upgrades/Projects At least 10 years experience as an SAP Financials functional consultant Ideally degree in business and/or IT discipline and SAP functional certification Proficient/Certification in SAP Financials in an ECC6 environment System Integration Projects experience Nice to have: SAP ASAP methodology training and experience advantageous Data modelling skills Project execution experience based on Prince2 PM methodology Business process improvement methods eg BPR, Lean Six Sigma Software Release Methodology Operating in a portfolio and/or programme context, including participation in teams and working with people and organisations in different domain areas (Business, SAP and non-SAP) email your CV as a word doc attachment (No PDF) at your earliest convenience.
